How Atlas Walks Shapes a Culinary Route

Atlas Walks creates guided culinary routes for food curious travelers, couples, small friend groups, and repeat city visitors who want more than a standard sightseeing stop. Each experience is arranged as a private or small-group walk with a focus on local specialties, market visits, and neighborhood context.

The planning process starts with a date and group request, followed by dietary information collection and venue availability confirmation. After that, the route and tastings are confirmed so the experience matches the agreed plan before booking payment is completed.

Private tasting walks built around local markets, neighborhood stories, and confirmed route details.

A closer look at how our culinary experiences are planned in Rio de Janeiro.

Our private culinary route usually lasts between three and four hours and is designed for groups of two to eight participants. A consultation is included to review the route, discuss the preferred language, and confirm the meeting point in central Rio de Janeiro before the walk begins.

We do not promise access to third-party venues, transport, or allergen-free tastings. Instead, we focus on clear coordination, practical route planning, and local stories that make each market stop and tasting feel connected to the city around it.
